What we do

Bathroom fits — finished without the leaks.

Most bathroom problems show up two years after the install — leaks behind the tile, grout giving way, silicone going mouldy. We do the unseen waterproofing properly, so the finished room actually holds up.

Full strip-out, first-fix plumbing and electrics, walls tanked, tiles laid level, suite installed, signed off and tested. We work clean — the rest of the house stays liveable while we're in.

Strip-out & first fix

Old suite out, plumbing and electrics first-fixed properly — done before any tile or plaster goes near the room.

Tiling, walls & floors

Walls tanked properly before tiling. Tiles laid level, grout lines tight. Floor tiles set in a proper waterproof base.

Suite install & sign-off

WC, basin, bath, shower — installed by us, tested, sealed properly so nothing leaks behind the wall in two years.

Typically 7–10 working days from strip-out to last-tile-grouted, depending on size and complexity.

Do you source the suite and tiles?

Either way — we can supply if you want it sorted, or you can pick and we'll fit. Most clients pick the tiles and let us source the rest.

Can we still use the rest of the house?

Yes — we contain the dust, run a temporary loo arrangement where needed, and tidy each evening so the house stays liveable.

Do you guarantee the work?

Yes. Workmanship is backed and we'll come back to put right anything that isn't to standard.
